Products & Product Information

Bare Wick Co. offers hand-poured soy + coconut wax candles, wax melts, room sprays, and related home fragrance products.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, pricing, burn times, and ingredients accurately. However:

  • Burn time estimates (including the 40-hour burn claim for 7 oz candles) are approximate and may vary.
  • Slight variations in color, finish, or scent strength may occur due to small-batch production.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Candle Safety Disclaimer

By purchasing our products, you agree to follow proper candle safety guidelines, including:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
  • Trim wick to ¼” before each burn
  • Do not burn longer than 3–4 hours at a time
  • Discontinue use when ½” of wax remains

Bare Wick Co. is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of products.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Correct pricing errors

Payments must be completed at checkout through our approved payment providers.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination.

Once an order leaves our facility, Bare Wick Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns on used items.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photos.
  • Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, product names, images, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Bare Wick Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bare Wick Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Personal injury or property damage arising from product misuse

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
